Jon Chandler

Jon founded Tilton. He built campaigns for multiple organisations and led international in-house teams at global organisations including The Coca-Cola Company, British Airways and Caterpillar.

He is former national newspaper journalist  and former Chair of the PRCA Council.

Amanda Coleman

Amanda has 20 years’ experience in emergency services communication and leading law enforcement communication at a time of crisis.  

In 2017, Amanda led the law enforcement communication response to dealing with the Manchester Arena terrorist attack.  

 She is the author of Crisis Communication Strategies published by Kogan Page in May 2020.  She is a senior associate of the Centre for Crisis and Risk Communication, a member of the Emergency Planning Society and former Chair of the PRCA Council. 

Chloe Combi

Chloe advises organisations on brand strategy and media engagement.

She is a renowned expert on Gen Z,  focusing on how to engage this vital cohort as their influence increases as customer, in the workplace and society.

Jaime Tai

Jaime develops powerful creative solutions from complete brand design to targeted content and user-centred websites.

Drawing on different spheres of knowledge from cultural shifts to emerging technologies, Jaime helps clients bring their vision to life through bespoke physical and digital deliverables.

Liz Stevenson

Liz applies her sustainability, social innovation and public policy expertise to shape client strategy and navigate complex issues.

She has led multi-stakeholder engagement programmes across international and regional infrastructure projects, including Hitachi Europe’s collaboration with the Isles of Scilly to establish a low-carbon sustainable community.

She works from Portugal and the UK, integrating home, community and well-being into her work life.

Lucy Ferguson

Lucy leads Tilton Consultancy’s visual content partner Mediorite. Together, they create powerful storytelling in film and animation  that can “stand alone” or form part of broader campaign.

Lucy founded Mediorite in 2010 following a successful career in Business Development for Time Warner. Over the last 10 years. The business is underpinned by a free to access youth training programme working with young creatives from London’s most deprived boroughs.

Tom Delforge

Tom’s corporate affairs expertise spans multiple industries, leading in-house teams in retail, FMCG, automotive and telecoms.

A former advisor to the Belgian Finance Minister, he is an expert in crisis management and employee engagement.

Karen Cunningham

Dr Karen Cunningham has pioneered nutrition science and communication strategies throughout career as a leader in the food and beverage industry. 

As Global VP, Nutrition & Health, R&D for Unilever, she formulated a new vision and strategy that placed the consumer at the heart of nutrition & health. At The Coca-Cola Company, she helped shape the health and wellness elements of The Coca-Cola Foundation, represented the company on international bodies  and  advised on product development and formulation.

She provides clients with an unrivalled expert view on health, wellness and regulatory issues.

Duncan Larcombe

Duncan is media relations and crisis management specialist.

He has spent most of his career as a national newspaper journalist and broadcaster.

He coaches leaders on storytelling and executes media engagement on behalf of clients.
