Jon founded Tilton. He has built campaigns for multiple organisations and led international in-house teams at global organisations including The Coca-Cola Company, British Airways and Caterpillar.
He is a former national newspaper journalist and former Chair of the PRCA Council.
Gauri is Chief Strategy Officer at Tilton. She is responsible for developing clear corporate brand positions and strategies that support business ambitions and create meaningful impact. She has worked with global businesses across different sectors, including Ericsson, Heineken, Pfizer and Visa.
Gauri began her career at the Singapore Government’s horizon scanning team, exploring how futures thinking approaches could help in better planning for emerging strategic issues.
Liz applies her sustainability, social innovation and public policy expertise to shape client strategy and navigate complex issues.
She has led multi-stakeholder engagement programmes across international and regional infrastructure projects, including Hitachi Europe’s collaboration with the Isles of Scilly to establish a low-carbon sustainable community.
She works from Portugal and the UK, integrating home, community and well-being into her work life.
Amy has over fifteen years of international experience in corporate communications, with a particular focus on the UK and US markets.
She has led global accounts across asset management, banking, fintech and private equity, including Standard Life Investments, Itaù BBA, Pantheon, Bridges Fund Management and Liberum.
She has also worked in-house for both Bloomberg and Dealogic and has a proven track record in securing high profile media coverage with an extensive network of journalist contacts across multiple sectors.
Molly is a content strategist focused on driving ESG impact through storytelling that is holistic, creative and authentic.
She has previously held digital- and content- marketing positions in the luxury sectors including at De Beers and British wellness brand Bamford.
Molly joined Tilton after completing an MA in Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
Julie is Media Director at Tilton. She has strong experience working across multiple brands, including the Forest Stewardship Council, UPM, The Coca-Cola Company and Unilever.
Her expertise in message, narrative and storytelling is derived from a career in international media with AFP and Le Figaro.
Maciej joined Tilton in 2021, helping clients across multiple sectors shape their corporate reputation and communications strategies. His core areas of focus include research and insight, social media planning and activation, and analytics and performance.
Maciej has a degree in Politics from Durham University, and is currently completing a Masters in Political Communication at Leeds University.
Lorna is a multilingual senior advisor in communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement, and a multi-media journalist. She spent ten years working as an international editor and reporter for Sky News and as a current affairs documentary producer.
She also has over twenty years’ experience in the British Regular Army and Reserves, specialising in all aspects of communications and international engagement and deploying to the Baltics, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Amanda has 20 years’ experience in emergency services communication and leading law enforcement communication at a time of crisis.
In 2017, Amanda led the law enforcement communication response to dealing with the Manchester Arena terrorist attack.
She is the author of Crisis Communication Strategies published by Kogan Page in May 2020. She is a senior associate of the Centre for Crisis and Risk Communication, a member of the Emergency Planning Society and former Chair of the PRCA Council.

Lucy founded Mediorite in 2010 following a successful career in Business Development for Time Warner. Over the last 10 years. The business is underpinned by a free to access youth training programme working with young creatives from London’s most deprived boroughs.
